Portable Appliance Testing Specialists
At PATtest4U™ we believe in providing our valued customers with the highest quality of customer service and our pricing structure reflects this. We have a NO HIDDEN CHARGES policy, all our charges are advised to our customers prior to commencement of any work.
We have a minimum charge for onsite Portable Appliance Testing of £35.00 (includes upto 15 tests), we reserve the right to add a mileage charge for low volume or non-local work. If you already have a quote, let us know and we'll do our best to beat it.
When comparing our prices, remember that our prices are all-inclusive. Some Portable Appliance Testing companies will charge you anything up to £5.00 to replace a faulty plug or incorrect fuse.
At PATtest4U™ we replace both plugs and fuses for free and then re-retest your item.

What is included in the price?
As standard all Portable Appliance Testing carried out by PATtest4U™ include the following:
- Thorough visual inspection including checking inside the plug.
- Pass and Fail labels
- Certificate of Testing
- FREE fuse replacement (as required)
- Plug rewiring (as required)
- Professional created Inspection Report
- An Electronic (CD-ROM) Asset Management Register * If requested
We use the very latest Seaward™ Portable Appliance Testing equipment and have a regular calibration and equipment maintenance program in place. All our Portable Appliance Testing engineers carry with them copies of both the equipment calibration certificate and our Public Liability Insurance Policy document.
